Customer Service Team Leader Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing training and guidance to achieve service excellence.
Handle escalated client queries, ensuring resolution aligns with company and legal standards.
Coordinate workflows, manage schedules, and monitor team performance metrics.
Implement best practices and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, acting as a bridge between customer service and legal teams.The ideal Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Leader in a customer service role, preferably within the legal sector - NOT ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and team management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
