This is a SEN Teaching Assistant based in a specialist provision school in Hemel Hempstead, supporting Autistic Children, who require low support and have well to high, cognitive abilities - a large part of the role is Restorative.

The Provision is situated in Hemel Hempstead supporting boys and girls, all who have a range of additional needs associated with social, emotional mental health needs. The school have a Primary and secondary provision both based in Hemel Hempstead.
This school offers a restorative, therapeutic approach to education and behaviour management, they want their children engaged in key and personal skills, giving the children skills they can use in and out of school.
As a learning support assistant, you will be working in classes of 3-6 pupils with a staff to student ratio of 1:1
