Key duties:
Calculate, allocate, and process billing for service charges.
Monitor and reconcile service charge income and expenses for accuracy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property accounts.
Maintain detailed ledgers and ensure transactions comply with accounting standards.
Collaborate on service charge budgeting and forecast future maintenance costs.
Perform bank and accrual reconciliations and process journal entries.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in service charge statements.
Utilise property management software to streamline accounting processes.
Serve as the main point of contact for service charge enquiries.
Assist with audit preparations by gathering and organising supporting documentation.Proficient in Excel (Vlookups and Pivot tables)
