The Opportunity
 
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in dry lining and interior fit-out? This is your chance to join a successful and forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality internal packages across Lancashire and the surrounding regions. With projects already in motion and more on the horizon, your input will be key in ensuring the smooth commercial delivery of works.
We’re looking for someone confident, commercially astute, and ready to step into a role that can flex depending on experience – from a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to a Commercial Manager shaping project strategy and growth.
 
Responsibilities

Manage full commercial duties on dry lining/internal fit-out packages
Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments
Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure financial control
Identify commercial risks and provide solutions for mitigation
Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders What’s in it for you?
