This would suit a: Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Shift Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, coupled with a solid background in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The remuneration package for this day-shift role is a competitive £48,000 per annum.
The shift pattern is designed to offer a balance between work and personal time, with Week 1 consisting of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12-hour days), followed by a lighter Week 2 with Wednesday and Thursday (12-hour days).
