The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at CITIspeed, you will play a key role in driving our success by:

Sourcing and placing top talent: Identifying and matching candidates to roles that align with their skills and career aspirations.

Building client relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with businesses across Northwest England.

Market knowledge: Leveraging your in-depth understanding of the Manchester and Birmingham regions to identify opportunities and trends.

Business development: Creating and presenting compelling business proposals to attract new clients and expand our portfolio.

Effective communication: Delivering clear and professional written and verbal communication to clients and candidates.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success. Adequate knowledge of Northwest England, particularly Manchester and Birmingham, including local industries and job markets.

Strong business development skills, with the ability to create and deliver persuasive business proposals.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
