My client, who is a global food manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Analyst to provide essential support for R&D systems within a science-focused environment. You'll work directly with R&D teams and senior management, ensuring smooth system operations, user training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Job Title: R&D Functional Systems Analyst
Location: Slough (SL1 4LG) OR Paddington (W2 6BD)
Work Type: Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office
Type: Contract (12 months)
Experience: 2-5 years only
Pay Type: Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support for R&D system users, managing incidents and escalations.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
Assist in data analysis for quality compliance and regulatory purposes.
Develop and maintain training materials, testing documentation, and user guides.Qualifications:

Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, IT Systems, or related field.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in R&D or Quality systems support is preferred.
