HR Manager

Join a dynamic law firm as an HR Manager and make a significant impact on the organisation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support the HR Director and manage the HR functions of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment, to take their career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and develop two junior members of the HR team, providing mentorship and guidance.
Take charge of employee relations, addressing any HR-related issues.
Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to promote transparency and engagement.
Design and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Identify training needs and develop initiatives to drive continuous improvement and development.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practises.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain top talent.Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a CIPD level 5 or above qualification, demonstrating a high level of HR expertise.
Bring a wealth of experience as an experienced HR professional.
Possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations, and HR best practises.
Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving results.
Excel in organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The organisation values employees and invests in their professional development. With a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per year, you will be rewarded for your skills and dedication. This is a full-time permanent position that offers hybrid working.
