About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Working closely with the class teacher, you will provide tailored group support and 1:1 assistance, helping students with diverse needs thrive academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting students with SEN in their learning journey.
• Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Offering 1:1 and small group support to meet individual learning needs.

• Monitoring and encouraging students’ progress and well-being.
