We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products. This position is suited to a professional with a strong commitment to quality assurance and a solid understanding of industry standards.
Job Description:
As a Quality Engineer, you will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for products.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and final products to meet industry standards.
Analyze test results, identify quality issues, and drive corrective actions.
Ensure products meet both regulatory and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality controls across the product lifecycle.
Conduct supplier audits and coordinate with suppliers to address quality issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes and activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.
Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
Knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits:
