About the Role
Harry at Amber Mace is working with a leading Learning Disabilities care provider in the UK who are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead and develop a small LD Care Home. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-quality, person-centred service and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional care
Oversee operational and financial management of the service
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
Foster a supportive environment for both staff and individuals in our care
Continuously drive improvements to enhance service quality

Requirements:

Proven management experience in a Care Home setting
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance
Great experience and Understanding of working with Learning Disability or Mental Health service users
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
A positive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
