Job Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a well-respected Elderly care provider to find an Operations Support Manager for their business. The role will involve supporting the Operations Director in day-to-day activities supporting a small portfolio of homes predominantly across the Glasgow Area. The homes are a mixture of Nursing, Dementia and Residential care and are all performing well. As part of this role, one of your main focuses is supporting and developing the existing Home Managers within the group.

Candidate Requirements

* To be successful in this position, you must have worked as a Manager in the Elderly care sector previously.

* You can currently be a Home Manager ready to step up or a Regional Support Manager looking to change businesses.

* You must have solid knowledge of CI regulations and guidelines.

* You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.

* Have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business

* Ideally be Clinically Qualified with a Pin or lapsed PIN

* Driver’s license

Salary

£60,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and package

Location

This role is based in the Scotland and is commutable from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk and Sterling
