Our client is a reputable business in Boston and are looking to add a Financial Accountant to their team. Our client is a well known organisation in the Manufacturing and Production industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is working towards their ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification.

If successful the Financial Accountant will be joining on a permanent basis, a salary up to £50,000 (DOE) and study support.

Description

Financial Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance VAT and corporation tax returns
Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards
Assist with internal and external audits
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee accounting processes
Monitor stock valuation
Assisting with preparing annual budgets and forecast
Analyse financial performance
Business Partnering
Adhoc duties that may be required Profile

The successful Financial Accountant:

Part Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
Experience in the manufacturing industry is not essential
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in finance software
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in preparing Management Accounts
Able to commute to BostonJob Offer
