Are you ready to take the next step in your buying career? We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Buyer to join our passionate team. If you're currently a Buying Assistant with 18+ months of experience or already thriving as an Assistant Buyer, this could be your chance to progress in a supportive and exciting environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and delivering successful product ranges. Collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure that they're offering the right products at the right prices to delight their customers.

You'll be responsible for:

Supporting the Buying Manager in sourcing and selecting products.
Managing supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing and terms.
Monitoring product performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
Collaborating with the merchandising team to ensure stock availability.
Preparing reports and presenting data to help shape buying decisions.
Ensuring critical paths are adhered to, guaranteeing smooth product launches.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who:

Has at least 18 months of experience as a Buying Assistant or is already operating at Assistant Buyer level.
Apparel sector or similar is essential.
Full right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
Possesses excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities.
Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
Is commercially aware and has a keen eye for trends.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

What they offer:
They understand the importance of rewarding great talent. Here's what you can expect:
Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000-£32,000 for candidates with the right experience.
Bonus Scheme: 10% target, with potential to earn up to 20%.
Pension: 4% employer contribution.
Holidays: 20 days annually, increasing to 23 days after 12 months.
Location: East London, Hybrid, 3 days in the office.
