Associate Director - Building Surveying (Professional Works)

Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 + Benefits

About the Role:
We are excited to partner with a prestigious consultancy seeking an Associate Director in Building Surveying. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a variety of professional surveying works, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contracts administration etc.) within various key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
Lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project inquiries and updates.
Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.Qualifications and Experience:
RICS Chartered Surveyor with substantial experience in building surveying.
Proven track record in managing professional surveying services within a consultancy environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on client satisfaction.What's on Offer:
