Role: Operations Manager
Location: South East
£45k - £55k with £5k bonus potential
Vehicle or Car Allowance

We are looking for an Operations Manager that will be esponsible for the overall business operationally, developing safety and procedural standards and finding opportunities in efficiencies across the business. This is a role that will see the right candidate running the day to day business, and supporting the MD with the business strategy.

⚫️ Leading the operational teams, owning the internal policies and processes and implementing where needed new policies and procedures.

⚫️ Support the business with the overall strategy and execution of the strategy, including building and supporting a high performance team.

⚫️ Owning and driving the Health & Safety planning, reviewing and investigating all near misses and accidents.

What we need:

✅ Managing teams and building relationships
✅ Can work on own intiative
✅ Experience in Hire Industry will be an advantage
