Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful delivery of multiple projects across a diverse client base. The role requires you to act as a key communication point between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient project execution and risk management. You'll be in charge of overseeing project scope, facilitating workshops, and managing both internal and external stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

* ERP Project Management: Oversee ERP-related projects, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders.

* Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks and document scope changes in line with company policies.

* Governance & Compliance: Use the company’s established frameworks to manage projects effectively.

* Forecasting & Reporting: Provide monthly forecasts on project closures and billing to ensure financial oversight.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Experience with ERP Systems: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC is essential, with a solid understanding of ERP functionality.

* Customer-Centric Focus: A high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both teams and stakeholders.

* Leadership & Organizational Abilities: Manage conflicting schedules and workload while maintaining high standards.

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel, and attention to detail.
