Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
Lead, guide, and support the payroll team to achieve departmental objectives.
Liaise with HR and other departments for payroll-related matters.
Manage relationships with payroll vendors and service providers.
Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
Handle payroll tax filings and resolve any tax-related issues.
