Maintenance Electrician - Liverpool - £36,000 - £40,000

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager within the MEB Maintenance Division, you will be carrying out the servicing, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of our products, acting as a line of support to our clients where you will:

Carry out servicing and maintenance repairs of electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and related electro-mechanical systems in accordance with applicable Electrical Industry Codes.
Carry out small to medium installation works within our client buildings across the Mersey care contract.
Identify faults, hazards, and rectifying.
Routinely inspect electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
Trouble shooting system failures.
Writing electrical maintenance reports.
Install new electrical appliances in the building.
Adhere to safety to safety and performance standards.
Be able to provide NICEIC reports.
Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.Qualifications/ Experience

18th Edition qualification in Electrical Systems.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has facilities management background.
Hold a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months.
Be available for an on-call rota.
Have experience in the relevant field in a previous role.
Maintenance in a commercial environment is preferred.Benefits
