My client is actively recruiting for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a high-profile life sciences project in Surrey (10 minutes outside the M25). With an MEP package valued at approximately £35m, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a major project outside of London.

Key Details
Project Stage: Currently in preconstruction, with completion expected in January 2027.
Team Structure: Reporting to the Commercial Lead and working alongside other Quantity Surveyors.
Scope: Managing the MEP package, ensuring financial control, cost management, and contract administration.
Hybrid policy: 1 day per week available.
