As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the renewable sector, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from identifying client needs to closing deals.
Leverage existing business to grow accounts while proactively seeking new opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the renewable space.
Play a key role in driving forward the recruitment strategies of top-tier renewable energy companies.What We're Looking For:

Experience in 360 recruitment (experience in renewable is a bonus but not essential).
Strong business development and client management skills.
A passion for sustainability and a desire to make an impact in the renewable industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
