Quantity Surveyor, Birmingham

An established Construction Consultancy with a great working culture is seeking an intelligent Quantity Surveyor eager to progress their PQS career, based in its Birmingham office.

The role offers excellent benefits and hybrid working in a friendly and sociable office.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years’ experience to work across the full range of pre and post contract services, reporting directly to a Partner.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a mix of bank monitoring and traditional Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent based projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Quantity Surveying/RICS accredited degree

* Quantity Surveying consultancy background

* Proactive, personable, hardworking character

* Based in or near to Birmingham

* Driving licence and car (to travel to site)

* Keen to achieve MRICS
