My Norwich based client is looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE who enjoys working a varied caseload. If this sounds like you, then joining their Property Litigation team could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Within the Property Litigation team, a broad range of clients are dealt with, including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.

Here are just some of the types of work you can expect to be involved in:

Adverse possession claims
Dilapidations
Advising on private nuisance and trespass
Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
