has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly, ambitious local law firm based in Plymouth.

This role would suit a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience running a Residential Conveyancing caseload. If you are looking for a new challenge and to join an award winning law firm, then this is the vacancy for you!

Residential Conveyancer responsibilities include: 

Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity

Providing quality advice to clients

Working alongside a full-time dedicated Legal Assistant

Residential Conveyancer requirements: 

You will be a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing

You will be able to run your own caseload (supervision and support is available)

You will be motivated and ambitious

You will have exceptional communication skills
