Thrive Personnel are seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Production Operative. The ideal candidate will have a Forklift Truck (FLT) licence, with a preference for side loader experience; however, in-house refresher training will be available for the right candidate.

As part of a dedicated 3 to 4-man team, your responsibilities will include:

Operating a joist saw, including loading it with materials and offloading finished products, ensuring they are sorted into designated plots.

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

Unloading raw materials and loading finished jobs and picked pallets.

Moving joist products around the site using a side loader.

Liaising with the Production Manager to ensure production targets are met.

Utilizing your own initiative to manage tasks effectively and contribute to the overall success of the team.
