FTC: 12 months

Salary: £27,150.00 PA

Full time: 35 hours per week

Hybrid working: (2 days in the office, dependant on business requirements)

Office Location: Croydon

 You would be part of a small friendly housing association (not for profit) committed to ‘delivering on our promises’ and providing a high-quality service to both our staff and residents.

As HR Assistant you would be supporting our HR Officer with recruitment and onboarding along with generalist administrative duties 4 days a week, plus 1 day a week on our EDI data project, with the expectation of working 1 to 2 days in the office.

Key skills:

Knowledge of HR/Recruitment

2 GCSEs Maths & English

Advanced IT knowledge & skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel) & confidence in using specialist software packages

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong Attention to detail particularly data entry accuracy

Team player

Plan & organise own workload

Upmost discretion with personal data
