Vision for Education Northampton are urgently seeking talented, newly qualified Primary Supply Teachers and to join our flexible workforce across Northamptonshire.
The Primary Supply Teacher's salary is dependent on the nature of the role e.g. Day-to-day supply or long-term cover (paid to scale). We are happy to discuss our guaranteed pay scheme, where you are paid, even if you don't work!
The exciting and varied role of a Primary Supply teacher can vary from day to day. You will visit several different schools and teach different classes. Most of the work you will deliver will be planned; however sometimes you will need to have your own resources available to hand, suitable for the subjects & age groups you are happy to teach.

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a confident work who has previously covered lesson plans set by teaching setting and has a good knowledge of expectations in school settings.
This opportunity can be either part time or full time in a Northampton primary with a team of welcoming staff to support you along the way.
The desired Primary Teacher will have;
- Qualified Teacher Status
- An ability to inspire pupils with fun and engaging lessons.
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
- An ability to work as part of a team and independently.
