Production Operator (General Operative – Tile Painter)
Location: DN19, commutable from Barton Upon Humber, Immingham
Pay: £11.80 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 16:30 PM

Transport: Due to the site’s remote location, a full driving license and access to your own transport are required.

iRecruit UK is hiring a General Operative on a temporary-to-permanent basis for an established manufacturing company in East Riding of Yorkshire (DN19).

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a General Operative (Tile Painter), your role will be varied and will include:
✅ Manually Painting tiles to required specifications, ensuring consistency and quality
✅ Monitoring the production line to ensure smooth operation
✅ Machine minding and ensuring efficiency
✅ Removing defective products from the production line

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in painting tiles or similar surface finishing work is desirable
✔️ Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
✔️ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
✔️ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
