Position: Science Teacher (Long Term)
Location: Wakefield (WF2)
Salary: £160-£240 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 15:30

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Wakefield? Veritas Education are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and inspire students in the fascinating world of science for Secondary Schools in Wakefield.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
Foster a love for science and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student engagement.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the science curriculum and share best practices.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
Proven experience teaching Science at Key Stages 4, and ideally 5.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
