TXM Recruit are partnered with the leading and fastest growing retail maintenance companies supporting them with the recruitment of a Refrigeration Engineers to join their maintenance department covering the Reading, Guildford, Newbury area.

The starting salary for the refrigeration engineer be £47,046 per year

Hours: 40-hour week. – Monday to Friday. (6am to 3pm) + 1 in 4 call out rota

On-call Standby £65, min call out 4hrs (1.5x). works on a 4-week rotating schedule. (during May-Sept its 7 days standby, during Oct-Apr its weekends only standby)

Duties

* Completing PPMs to the planed schedule as well as reactive fixes to an effective standard.

* This may include, Gas or Water leaks, Frozen cabinets, Fridges which have frozen over or general fault finding. Fault Finding, Diagnosis, Maintenance & Commissioning on a variety of HVAC.

* Deliver high quality work across the stores and shops.

Requirements:

* F-Gas 2079 qualification

* Understanding of supermarket equipment
