The Role of the Customer Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognised company has arisen for an Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Deliver high-quality registration and certification support for the company.
Provide accurate financial data
Data entry
Support with exam marking, raise invoices and purchase orders
Support training centres via email and telephone.
Deal with ad hoc queries.
The Candidate:
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
Will have a warm and friendly telephone manner
Administrative experience
Good IT skills across the Microsoft suite
Committed to delivering an exceptional service to customers
