Corporate Receptionist – Role – West London 

As a Corporate Receptionist you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for clients, occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders. Acting as an ambassador for the Beyond: Front of House brand, you will deliver personalized, high-quality service, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless experience.

Core Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Service Excellence:

Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to all visitors, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
Maintain an immaculate reception area, reporting any issues promptly to the Facilities Manager.
Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety protocols.
Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
Manage visitor processes and strictly adhere to security protocols.
Address and resolve complaints promptly, keeping the Facilities Manager informed. Administrative Support:

Accurately process data and maintain up-to-date databases.
Support with raising purchase orders and obtaining quotes for maintenance work.
Update and circulate building documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Coordinate access for contractors and viewings of vacant spaces.
Conduct monthly meter readings and manage locker and bike space allocation. Operational Tasks:

Perform regular health and safety building checks.
Assist security teams by checking emergency grab bags and first aid kits.
Send out building communications to occupiers and prepare meeting presentations.
Log property faults and liaise with the Facilities Management team. Expertise & Professional Development:

Demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Continuously enhance your expertise and stay informed about market trends to add value to client experiences. Key Competencies:
