We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team, who specialise in working with higher needs groups. Could you be the next Customer Service Administrator for our wonderful client?

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time, working 5 days per week - this will include some weekend work.

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide information, support, and assistance to customers
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries
Coordinate with team to ensure the overall well-being of customers
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for customers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a role that included providing excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable people
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite What we offer:
