Kenton Black has an immediate long term requirement for a Finishing Foreman to work on a residential project based in Chelmsford, Essex

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in construction management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and health and safety.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects ideally looking after internal units from 1st fix to handover
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety stand
