We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our exciting and expanding client based in Uxbridge.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers (SLA 24 hours)  giving customers a great customer service
Create Quotes for breakdowns and Services
Close Service Reports
Manage Account queries sent to Service
Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required.
Process Worksheets that have submitted manually
Manage Stock Adjustments
Log Calls for engineer attendance.
Create Contracts for Service Agreement
Create and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts
To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
Be always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way Experience Required

Experience of working in a Administration role
Exposure to SAP and Excel (preferable not essential)
Good organisational and problem solving skills
Have initiative and motivation
Passionate about proving excellent Customer Service
Good verbal and written communication skills
