Elite Personnel, on behalf of our well-established client, is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and reputable local practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled solicitor with experience in employment law to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities: for the Employment Solicitor
Advising clients on a full range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and dismissals.
Managing a diverse caseload from inception to completion, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policy documents.
Representing clients in employment tribunal cases and mediations.
Staying current with employment law developments and proactively advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience: for the Employment Solicitor
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ level with experience in employment law).
Strong understanding of current employment law and regulations.
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong client relationships.
