ob Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some project management experience who are looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Project Managers to assist PMO staff plan and execute a wide range of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

*

Support the development of detailed project plans and schedules

*

Assist with the coordination of project activities and resources

*

Monitor and report on project progress

*

Identify and manage project risks and issues

*

Take responsibility for the population of project management documentation

*

Support the Project Managers in day-to-day project management tasks

*

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

*

Conduct project evaluations and assess results

Qualifications:

*

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred

*

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies

*

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

*

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

*

Experience with project management software

*

Relevant internship or work experience in project management

*

Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus
