TeacherActive is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our agency, with various roles available across Basildon.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support SEN students on a 1:1 basis, tailoring learning to their individual needs.
✅ Work as a general Teaching Assistant, assisting the teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
✅ Provide support to small groups or individual students to enhance their learning experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications.
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
