What can you expect in this role?
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to build robust health and safety capability across all levels of the site.
Keep the site consistently compliant with UK health and safety regulations while supporting the wider UK strategy for Health and Safety.
Actively connect with employees at every level to foster a strong, proactive health and safety culture.
Oversee regular audits and inspections to evaluate health and safety performance, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Work closely with contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies to strengthen compliance and maintain high health and safety standards on-site.

What We're Looking For:
Proven background in an assurance role with experience managing audits, inspections, and certifications.
Significant experience in health and safety roles within challenging industries, particularly logistics and distribution.
Effective at influencing stakeholders at all levels and crafting high-quality presentations to communicate key messages.
Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
