As Nursery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. Your role will also include staff management, curriculum development, and liaising with parents to maintain strong relationships and a high standard of care.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

· Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development
