Job Role: Registered Manager

Registered Manager is required for a Nursing home, you should have Clinical Lead experience. Ideally, looking for a Nurse to become a Registered Manager.

The client are a specialist Nursing Home that provides care for people with Acquired
brain Injury and complex physical Health Needs. The 13-bed home is situated in Grays,
Essex. Residents with both inherited and genetic brain injuries, ranging from, Acquired Head/Brain Injury, Complex Needs, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairment
Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy,
Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke, Cerebral Palsy and other complex physical health needs.

Key Responsibilities :
 To ensure that nursing and support plans are in situ, reviewed and updated on a
regular basis.
 To supervise and monitor the work of the staff team to ensure a high quality service
is provided to the customers.
 Regular review and update of risk assessment and development of risk management
plans.
 To lead the whole care team, ensuring that the personal care of the residents is
maintained on a daily basis according the needs and capabilities of the individuals,
staff understand their role and display behaviours and values.
 To ensure good quality communication and liaison with all stakeholders involved in
the day-to-day provision of the service.
 To participate in identifying and creating new business opportunities
 To show initiative and creativity in problem solving demonstrating flexibility,
adaptability and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
 To ensure services exceeds standards set by regulators and commissioners
 To provide emergency and flexible cover directly when required.
 To participate in an on call rota as and when required.

Requirements
 Clinical Lead Experience is essential
 You will be forward thinking, dynamic and keen for a challenge
 You will have a strong managerial background
 Strong IT skills as digital care planning in place

Licence/Certification:
 NMC (preferred)
