We are pleased to be working with our client who is seeking a Receptionist based in Luton on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a long-established and highly regarded solicitors firm with offices across Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist
Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors to the office
Organise and prepare meeting rooms
Archiving files and deeds
Update databases
Banking duties and processing credit/debit card payments
Photocopying, printing, scanning and other general administrative duties
Requirements for a successful Receptionist
Previous Reception experience
Excellent telephone manner
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Summary of the Receptionist
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm
