About the Role:
As the School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the school, ensuring efficient management of resources, and supporting the Senior Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the school's future while working in a friendly and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the school's budget, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Ensure effective administration of school operations, including HR, procurement, and facilities management.
Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Lead on health and safety, compliance, and safeguarding processes.
Manage payroll, contracts, and liaise with external providers and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a school business management role or similar position.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of school finance systems (e.g., FMS, SIMS) is desirable.
