Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to work in their service department. This role requires dealing with queries in person, over the phone and
e-mail as well as booking and chasing orders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who has worked in a similar environment.
THE ROLE:
Full time office-based role
Liaise and assist customers personally and over the phone
Meet & Greet visitors
Assist with accounts which will entail invoicing queries and raising purchase orders
Dealing with customer queries, ensuring the customer is happy
Opening and closing jobs on the in-house computer system
Raise quotations for the service department as well as booking in of parts
Providing administrative support to other branches and departments when needed
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience working in an administrative function
Experience providing support in a service or similar environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal and solve queries
The ability to understand and use IT systems
A team player and the ability to support internal teams
