Their service division provides ongoing support, including routine maintenance, system upgrades, and project works.

Service Projects Engineer Roles/Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys to assess project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks, including point-to-point checks, panel modifications, and system integration.
Configure and modify project software and graphics as required.
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and site regulations.
Provide system demonstrations and user training to clients.
Update project documentation, including wiring diagrams and operational descriptions.Service Projects Engineer Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UK BMS industry as a service, project, or commissioning engineer.
Strong knowledge of non-proprietary protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus.
Experience with BMS software and graphics (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens).
Electrical competence with the ability to understand and modify control panel drawings.
Familiarity with HVAC plant operations and controls.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
A full UK driving licence is preferred for projects outside of London.Benefits
