What We’re Looking For:

* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, or similar in manufacturing

* Multi-skilled (electrical or mechanical bias) with strong fault-finding abilities

* Proactive, solutions-focused approach

* Ideally from food, FMCG, or fast-paced production—but open to all manufacturing backgrounds
