IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team, supporting the company's user base at both 1st and 2nd line levels. This full-time role involves providing hands-on support for a range of hardware and software, ensuring seamless operations across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 & 11 desktop environments.

* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via the IT Service Desk.

* Support users in both physical and virtualised (VMWare) environments.

* Configure and install hardware/software for desktop and mobile devices.

* Administer user accounts on AD and Exchange, manage permissions for secure access.

* Support Microsoft Exchange and Mitel communication systems.

* Flexibility to travel between locations as required.

Requirements:

* Experience in desktop and mobile device management.

* Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10 & 11) and Active Directory.

* Familiarity with Exchange and Mitel communication systems.

* Flexibility to cover out-of-hours or weekend support when needed.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
