About the Role

As a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, you will provide expert design safety advice to clients, including one of the largest Architectural firms in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of 20+ projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver confident and knowledgeable design safety advice to clients.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and construction teams.
Conduct site inspections and provide detailed safety assessments.Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Tech IOSH Membership minimum.
APS Membership.
Degree in a design or technical field (preferred).
3+ years as a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor (preferred).What We Offer:
