We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.
The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.
* We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place from 20th November
* We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry.
* You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries.
* The role is Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Sat or Sunday)
* Working hours are 3 different shifts working 7.5 hours per day, between 8 am - 8 pm. There is also some weekend work, working 1 in 3 weekends (days in the week then rota'd off and weekends are home-based)
* You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
* This is mainly an office-based role with some home-working
This role is to start immediately from MONDAY 25th NOVEMBER onwards on a temp-to-perm basis.
We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience in Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your 'can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
We have long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts available.

This would suit someone local to Oldham, the starting salary is £11.44 per hour on a 37.5-hour working week. On occasion there is overtime available, and x1.5 at £17.16 per hour
