Role Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Assistant to join a dedicated housing team. This role will support the delivery of tenancy and estate management services, ensuring compliance with housing policies and assisting in tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Community Safety team.
Respond to tenancy and ASB-related queries via phone, email, and social media.
Conduct home visits in response to ASB or compliance concerns.
Support investigations into ASB and tenancy breaches.
Prepare reports from CCTV and noise monitoring equipment for legal proceedings.
Work with external agencies such as the police, local authorities, and social services.
Maintain and monitor records and databases to support service delivery.Requirements:

Experience in administration and customer service (Essential).
Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance (Desirable).
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential).
